However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, or you're not entirely satisfied, we gladly offer returns within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. Items must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging, ready for resale.

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Damaged or defective items upon arrival (please notify us within 14 days of delivery).
  • Items in their original condition, unworn and unused, with original packaging intact.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, alteration, or general wear after delivery.
  • Items returned due to change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Please note that tarnishing or discoloration resulting from exposure to chemicals, perfumes, heat, bleaching, or general wear is not considered a defect. Check our jewelry care instructions on our FAQ page to ensure longevity and proper care.

How to Make a Return:
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Repack your items securely in their original packaging.
  2. Clearly label the parcel with our return address (provided upon contacting support).
  3. Return your parcel using a trusted postal service. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
  4. Keep your proof of postage safe as evidence of return shipment.

    Refund Process:
    Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund (excluding original delivery charges) will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

    International Returns:
    International customers may use any postal service to return items. All shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and related fees are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. Mark your parcel as "Returned Goods" to prevent additional customs charges. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
