Our journey began long before Liora Monroe was founded in 2024. Jewelry runs in our blood. Since the 1800s, my great-great-grandfather, great-grandfather, and grandfather worked as metal forgers. Crafting by hand, building with skill, and passing down a deep respect for craftsmanship through five generations. Their dedication inspired me to carry the legacy forward in a new way.

That’s how Liora Monroe was born: a small studio focused on making jewelry that not only looks beautiful, but lasts. We chose to work exclusively with Gold Filled jewelry because it holds up to everyday wear. Unlike gold plated pieces that tend to fade quickly, gold filled contains nearly 100x more gold and stays bright, durable, and safe for sensitive skin. It’s a better investment for you, and a better experience over time.

We started this brand with one idea: to bring high-quality, long-lasting jewelry to people who are tired of throwaway trends. And we’re still here, doing exactly that.

We believe great jewelry shouldn’t come with a high price tag, or wear out after a few weeks. That’s why we make 14K Gold Filled jewelry, a thick layer of real gold is mechanically bonded to a solid core. It looks and feels like solid gold but is far more affordable, and built to last.

We don’t use gold plating because it simply doesn’t hold up. I’ve always wanted jewelry I could wear every day without worrying about water, sweat, or fading. So I made it myself.
